LAGOS · –· TECHNICAL LEAD & PRODUCT ENGINEER
I lead the teams that take products from zero to one.
Co-founder and CTO at LINK GLOBAL, where I grew engineering from just me to four engineers and built payment systems that have moved three to four million dollars. I also help founders shape the idea before a line of code is written.
At LINK we are scaling a multi-corridor routing layer and public API that partners use to move money across 10+ African payment corridors without integrating each provider themselves. We are also building BridgeCore: an event-driven payments core designed so no payment is ever lost and no transaction runs twice.
See the work→I start with the customer and the problem, not the code. We cut the idea to the smallest version someone would pay for, pick a stack the team can run, then build in short releases. At LINK that took us from a v1 retail app to an API platform.
See services→Yes, if it is early and moving. I take on a small number of lead and advisory projects each quarter, across fintech, SaaS and AI. The fastest way to find out is a short call.
Book a call→Every project starts small: a short call, then a fixed first step like a one-week product sprint or a corridor plan. You get something written and useful before you commit to a full build.

Where I can help
Two ways to work with me. Both start with a small, fixed first step.
01
A technical lead for your zero-to-one product
You have an idea or an early product, but nobody owns the technical decisions, the team and the roadmap. Things get built, but not the right things, and not in the right order.
For: Founders building fintech, SaaS or AI products without a CTO, and teams between engineering leads.
- →The idea shaped into a first version worth building: the customer, the problem, and what to cut.
- →Architecture and stack decisions made early and written down, so the team is not guessing.
- →Your first engineers hired, mentored and working to clear review and release habits.
- →Version one shipped, with a roadmap for what comes next.
How we start: Start with a one-week product and architecture sprint: a written scope, a build plan and a team plan you keep either way.
Fractional lead (part-time) or advisory sessions.

Launch payments in new markets, and settle the same day
Every new market means a new bank partner, a new compliance flow and a new payout integration. Then money sits pre-funded in each country, and weekend payments wait until Monday.
For: Fintechs, wallets, marketplaces and SaaS products adding payments in new countries, in Africa or anywhere else.
- →A corridor plan: which providers, which settlement path, which compliance steps.
- →On-ramp, off-ramp and liquidity provider integration, built and tested.
- →Routing that switches provider when one fails, so payments keep moving.
- →Stablecoin settlement and treasury flows that turn digital dollars into local money, any day of the week.
How we start: Start with a one-week corridor plan.

Products and systems I have built
Payments is where I have gone deepest. It is not the only thing I build.
Payments infrastructure
Co-founder and CTO, LINK GLOBAL · 2023 to now
No single payment provider is best in every corridor. Most teams integrate one provider per market and rebuild for every new country.
- →A multi-corridor routing layer that picks the best provider for each currency pair, instead of one provider per market.
- →A metered public API: rate limiting, balance tracking, call metrics, and on-ramp and off-ramp transaction tracking for partners.
- →Modular corridor activation: one config file turns on a new currency, so adding a corridor takes days, not months.
- →Reliability rules the team builds to: guaranteed webhook delivery, reconciliation that closes without manual work, settlement paths that survive a provider failing mid-flow.
Three to four million dollars has moved through what we built.
Stellar SEP-24 anchor
liveEngineering, LINK GLOBAL
Wallets in Nigeria needed a compliant way for users to move between naira and digital dollars.
- →A SEP-24 anchor on Stellar handling interactive deposit and withdrawal flows between NGN and stablecoins, with KYC built in.
Helped partner wallet Beans onboard 3,000+ Nigerian users through NGN on-ramp and off-ramp.
Naira-backed stablecoin
liveEngineering, LINK GLOBAL
Moving naira on-chain meant converting to dollars first.
- →A naira-backed stablecoin issued across five networks: Stellar, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base.
$2M+ in on-chain volume.
Also built
An event-driven payments core: API to worker handoff over Kafka, the outbox pattern so no event is lost, and an idempotency layer so no payment runs twice.
On-chain merchant checkout so businesses can take payment in stablecoins instead of fiat, on Base and Solana.
Beyond payments
AI-written outreach for founders who have not hired sales yet. Every message is reviewed by a person before it sends, so it reads like the founder wrote it.
Travel planning for African passport holders: destinations you can actually get a visa for, flights that fit your budget, and hotel bookings for your visa application. Waitlist open.
Designed the skeleton framework for a property and facility management platform: the data model, user roles, KYB onboarding and the module structure for facilities, tenants and invoicing.
Built Python/Django endpoints for an AI business dashboard serving 2K+ concurrent users. Shipped and handed over in 2021.
Hackathon project for Stellar Hacks: Agents. An AI agent that pays for data per request with x402 micropayments, built with the Claude SDK and tested on Stellar testnet.
03 · STACK
My stack
Most bugs live in the gaps: between your API and the next service, between an event and its handler, between what you log and what actually happened. The stack I reach for makes those gaps visible.
04 · PATH
Frontend hire to CTO in just over two years.
Five years at LINK, from the first screens to the routing layer.
Co-founder and CTO
- Own the technical direction of the payments platform: architecture, infrastructure, reliability and the engineering roadmap.
- Designed the routing layer that picks the best provider for each currency pair. Three to four million dollars has moved through it.
- Grew the engineering team from just me to four engineers across backend, frontend and security.
Technical lead
- Secured three Stellar Community Fund grants for infrastructure work.
- Sat in on provider and partner negotiations and architecture reviews.
Full stack engineer
- Moved the v1 retail product onto the upgraded platform through an API service.
- Set up the architecture and code review practices the team still uses.
- Acted as the bridge between founding decisions and day-to-day delivery.
Frontend developer
- Built the product's first customer-facing screens, including onboarding and transaction flows for the v1 retail web app.
